After more than three years in development, Chef-owner John Hong launched Hitokuchi, meaning “one sip, one bite,” to serve shareable, amuse-bouche-sized dishes of luxurious Korean cuisine. With over two decades of expertise in Japanese culinary traditions, Chef John Hong's heritage adds a unique dimension to his creations. He is a native of Korea who was raised in France, and his upbringing infuses each dish with a captivating blend of influences. The focus of Hitokuchi remains on umami, the rich, savory essence that defines Korean cuisine.

Chef Hong's signature offering is the 7-course tasting menu ($140/person), A CULINARY JOURNEY THAT FOCUSES ON PREMIUM INGREDIENTS SOURCED FROM AROUND THE GLOBE. EACH DISH IS A MASTERPIECE, CRAFTED WITH CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. TO COMPLEMENT HIS CREATIONS, a VARIETY OF SAKE IS AVAILABLE FOR PAIRING.

Welcome to Hitokuchi, where every bite is an invitation to explore the world of Korean cuisine, reimagined.
